Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 July 2026

Enzocircle is built to hold a private record — so this policy is written to be read, not skimmed. It covers exactly what we collect, why, and how you can have it deleted.

1. Anonymous by default

You can use Enzocircle's 8-day audit without ever giving us your name or email address. When you open the app, we assign your device an anonymous account (via Supabase Authentication) — a random identifier with no name, email, or phone number attached. Every recording, every transcript, and every answer in your file is linked to that anonymous identifier, not to you personally.

The current prototype is free and does not collect email addresses or process payments. After this testing phase, Enzocircle plans to introduce paid access and email-based file recovery. This Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosure will be updated before those features are released.

2. What we collect

Inside your audit file, we store:

We do not collect your contacts, photos, location, or anything else on your device. The app only requests microphone access, and only while you are actively recording an answer.

3. Where it's stored, and who processes it

Your file is stored on Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), access-controlled so that only your anonymous account can read your own entries.

Two automated services process your recordings and text in order to run the audit itself — never for advertising, and never sold to anyone:

Both are bound by their own data-processing terms and use your recordings and transcripts solely to return a result to Enzocircle — not to train their models on your data, and not for any purpose of their own.

4. What we don't do

5. How long we keep it

Your recordings, transcripts, and answers are kept for as long as your file exists, so you can return to it, reopen it, or read your sealed record at any time. If you ask us to delete your file (see below), we permanently delete your recordings, transcripts, answers, and any associated finding within 30 days.

6. Payment information

The current prototype is free and does not collect email addresses or process payments. After this testing phase, Enzocircle plans to introduce paid access and email-based file recovery. This Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosure will be updated before those features are released.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of everything stored under your account, or request full deletion, at any time — whether or not you've paid. To do either, email us at care@enzocircle.com and describe your device/file so we can locate the anonymous record. You can also request deletion from inside the app, under Home → your sealed file.

8. Children

Enzocircle is not directed at, or knowingly used by, anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your data is used, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where required by law, notify you directly.
